Visiting Arrangements
Recommendations for Health Measures
- Anyone with fever or respiratory symptoms, or belonging to high-risk groups (e.g. those with health problems or low immunity) is advised to wear a mask. For details, please refer to the Government's information sheet (Situations where masks are recommended）。
- People who test positive for 2019 Coronavirus Disease should not go to crowded places and large gatherings. Those who are symptomatic should rest at home and avoid going out; those who are asymptomatic can go out or go to work freely. For details, please refer to the Government's related information (Recommendations on health measures for people who have been tested positive）。
Admission Rules
- Participants are requested to present their applicable admission tickets or name tags on the day at the entrance of the venue for verification.
- Name tags are not transferable. The Organizer has the right to ask the participants for their identity if necessary.
- Due to space constraints at the venue, please use the "Storage Area" arranged by the Organizer if you are bringing large items. The Organizer has the right to ask participants to check their large carry-on items.
- No banners, flags, leaflets or advertisements of any kind are allowed to be displayed at the venue without prior permission from the organizer.
- No speakers may be brought into the venue and/or used inside the venue without the prior permission of the organizer.
- Unauthorized personnel are not permitted to enter restricted areas. In case of emergency, attendees must evacuate according to all reasonable instructions from venue security personnel.
- People entering or present must not intentionally cause obstruction of entrances or exits, staircases, passageways, zoned access points, emergency exits or emergency service routes within the premises.
- Venue security personnel may stop, search or intercept any person who poses a threat to the safety and order of the event, including persons who are visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs and who are in possession of dangerous goods or substances, who may be barred from entering or expelled from the venue.
- The organizers reserves the right to ask anyone who does not comply with the entry rules or disrupts the event to leave.
- You should always take good care of your personal belongings.
Adverse Weather Arrangements
- If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted on the day of entry or exit, the entry/exit procedure will continue under the permitted weather conditions.
July 11 or 12 (Saturday and Sunday)
If the Hong Kong Observatory lowers the typhoon warning signal from No. 8 to No. 3 at 08:00 or earlier, the exhibition will remain open. If the Hong Kong Observatory lowers the typhoon warning signal from No. 8 to No. 3 between 08:00 and 15:00, all staff must return to their posts one hour after the signal No. 3 is effective. The exhibition will open to the public two hours after the signal No. 3 is effective. If the Hong Kong Observatory lowers the typhoon warning signal from No. 8 to No. 3 after 15:00, the exhibition will be closed for the day. - If the Hong Kong Observatory issues the Pre-8 warning signal that Typhoon Signal No. 8 will be hoisted during the exhibition, the organizer will announce that the exhibition will be closed two hours after the Pre-8 warning is issued, and ask exhibitors and visitors present to leave the venue as soon as possible within two hours.
- If the Hong Kong Observatory fails to issue the Pre-8 warning signal, when Typhoon Signal No. 8 is hoisted, the organizer will immediately broadcast an announcement that the exhibition will be closed two hours after Typhoon Signal No. 8 is hoisted, and all exhibitors and visitors present are requested to leave the venue as soon as possible within two hours.
- If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued during the exhibition period, the Organizer will make an announcement immediately to announce that the exhibition will continue. Exhibitors and visitors are advised to stay inside the exhibition hall until the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is cancelled for their safety.
- There will be no refund of the exhibition booth fees for any reduction or cancellation of exhibition hours due to weather conditions.
